What we do with your data.

Written to be read, not to cover us. We are a small studio in Chișinău: your data reaches one person and is used to answer you. That is all.

What we collect

Only what you type in yourself

We have no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no tracking cookies. If you only read the site, nothing about you stays with us.

CONTACT FORM

Name and contact

Your name, your email or WhatsApp number, the option you picked from the list, and the text you wrote in the box. Nothing else.

AI CONSULTANT

What you wrote in the chat

The messages you type into the consultant. If you leave your name or a phone number in there, those are saved too — because you gave them to us so we could reach you.

TECHNICAL

What we do NOT take

We do not track which pages you visit, we do not build profiles, we do not use your data for advertising, and we will not sign you up to any list.

That is not a figure of speech. When you send the form or talk to the consultant, the message lands in a Telegram chat on the phone of the person who will answer you.

TELEGRAM

The notification

Your name, contact and message arrive as a Telegram notification. Telegram is the carrier the message travels through; their privacy terms apply to that transport.

GOOGLE GEMINI

The consultant chat

The AI consultant does not think on its own: what you type is sent to Google's Gemini model, which writes the reply. Nothing beyond what you typed is sent along with it.

NOBODY ELSE

We don't sell or pass it on

We do not sell your data, we do not hand it to marketing companies, and we do not use it for newsletters. We have no newsletter.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

How long your data stays with us

How long do you keep the data?
Telegram messages stay in the chat history for as long as they are useful to the project — usually for the length of the work plus a few months, so an old thread can be picked up again. If no work comes of it, the conversation sits in the archive until you ask for deletion. We keep no separate database of prospects.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email office@naronweb.com and ask. We delete the messages that concern you and confirm it back by email. We will not ask for reasons and will not try to talk you out of it.
Can I see what data you hold about me?
Yes. Write to the same address and we will send you whatever we find. Being a small studio, in practice that means the history of the conversation you had with us.
Who is responsible for this data?
NARON WEB, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. One person has access to it: Alexandru Macovetchi, who also answers you. Contact: office@naronweb.com.
Does this page change?
If we add a new tool that touches your data, we write it here and change the date at the top. We do not announce things retroactively and we do not pretend we notified you when we did not.
