No surprises. Not on price, not on time.
Most bad agency stories share one cause: the client didn't know what was happening until it was too late. Below is exactly how we work and what you get at every step.
What happens, in order
You tell us what you need
A form or an email. No technical terms. What you do, what hurts, what you want to change.
Estimate within 24 hours
Price, deadline, what's included and what isn't. In writing, so you can compare it with other quotes without talking to anyone.
We build on a live link
From week one you have an address where you watch the work grow. You ask for changes along the way, not at the end.
We hand everything over
Code, access, passwords, domain — in your name. Plus a session where we show you how to use it.
What you get at each step
Not promises — things you can open and read.
The questions that matter
If your request is clear, we go straight to the estimate. If not, you get two or three short questions — not a twenty-line questionnaire.
The written estimate
A document with the price, the deadline, what's in, what's explicitly NOT in, and what we need from you so nothing slips. You keep it and compare it.
The working link
An address where you see the work in real time. Plus access to the code repository from day one, not at the end.
Full handover
Code, accounts, passwords, domain in your name. Short documentation and a session where we show you how to change what you need yourself.
One point of contact
The same one from day one. You're not handed to a team you've never met, and you don't explain the same thing three times.
We stay close for a while
The small things that surface after launch get fixed without a new invoice. What is genuinely a change of scope, we say so and tell you what it costs.
How payment works
In two parts
Half at the start, half on delivery. For larger work we split into stages — you pay as you receive pieces that function.
100% upfront — or 0%
Whoever asks for the whole amount upfront moves all the risk to you. Whoever agrees to take nothing will put your job at the back of the queue. Both end badly.
We invoice legally in Moldova and Romania. Payment by bank transfer. Prices are set in euro and paid in local currency at the day's rate.
Tell us what you want to build.
Four fields and a written answer within 24 hours — a real estimate with price and timeline, before any sales talk.
